Coconut Point Center
Coconut Point is a mixed use development
that will consist of: 1,450,000 gross leasable square feet
of retail/regional mall (Regional Retail Center), 350,000
gross leasable square feet of retail on other parcels adjacent
to the regional mall (Community Commercial Retail), 300,000
square feet of office, of which no more than 100,000 square
feet may be medical office, 600 hotel rooms, 1,000 multi-family
units and a 200 unit assisted living facility, all situated
on 483 acres.
Bonita Springs Elks Lodge #2753 Lounge: Full service
resturant and bar open five days per week. Hours of operation
are: Monday - closed, Tuesday thru Thursday - 11AM to 10PM,
Friday - 11AM to 11PM, Saturday - 3PM to 11PM, Sunday -
closed except for special events
Kitchen: Full service kitchen serving a
full menu to our resturant on Friday and Saturday evenings,
lunches Tuesday thru Friday, and supplying meals to banquets
and parties in our banquet hall.
Banquet Room: Our Banquet Room has seating
for up to 270 people. It contains a stage area, sound system,
bar, and a new hard-wood dance floor. This room is rented,
on a regular basis for private parties and banquets. We
supply all food, waitstaff and bartenders.
